管理 WABA 电话号码
将电话号码添加到 WABA
在选择公司的电话号码后，您必须将该电话号码添加至 WABA。
如果某个电话号码被 WhatsApp 封号，您无法将其添加到 WABA。如果您认为该电话号码被误封，请联系客户支持。
删除 WABA 中的电话号码
要求
- 只有 WhatsApp Business 商业帐号的业务管理员才能删除电话号码。
- 如果公司在过去 30 天内曾使用相关号码发送付费消息，则无法删除该号码。如果公司已在过去 30 天内发送付费消息，系统会将您重定向至“成效分析”页面，并显示最后一次付费消息的发送日期。此日期过后 30 天，您便能删除该号码。

如要删除电话号码，请按以下步骤完成操作：
- 商务管理平台中，前往“商业设置”页面。
- 前往设置 > 商业设置 > WhatsApp 帐号 > WhatsApp 管理工具 > 电话号码。
- 在“WhatsApp 管理工具”页面找到您想删除的电话号码。点击右上角删除下方的垃圾桶图标。
- 如果该电话号码先前处于“已绑定”状态，系统可能会要求您提供与 WABA 绑定的 Facebook 帐户的密码
从 WhatsApp Business 开放平台删除某个号码后，您可以再次将该号码用于 WhatsApp 应用程序，或者在 WhatsApp Business 开放平台重新注册该号码。请注意，如果删除的号码已被 WhatsApp Business 开放平台封禁，此规则便不适用。
电话号码限制
无论是 WhatsApp Business 开放平台本地 API，还是 WhatsApp Business 开放平台云端 API，您一次只能在一个 API 上注册电话号码。

如果您的公司已经过验证，并且消息质量和互动量较低，则公司只限注册 2 个电话号码。如要提高电话号码数量上限，请执行以下操作：
- 与 2,000 名独立客户展开对话并遵循 WhatsApp 消息政策，以直接将电话号码数量上限提高至 5 个
- 改善消息质量和互动量并遵守相关政策，以直接将电话号码数量上限提高至 20 个
如果您想为商务管理平台注册的电话号码数量超过 20 个，请联系站内支持，并执行以下步骤：
- 前往提问 > WABiz：帐号和 WABA > 请求类型 > 提高电话号码数量上限
- 说明您提高电话号码数量上限的原因，并提交请求

迁移电话号码
Resetting Verification Code in WhatsApp Manager
If you forget or misplace your PIN, follow these steps to reset it in WhatsApp Manager:
- Go to settings, log into your Facebook Business, and click the business you are using to manage your WABA (WhatsApp Business Account)
- In the settings screen, click WhatApp Accounts and find the WABA you want to reset the verification code for. Click on the WABA and a panel with its respective info will come up on the right-side of the page
- In the WABA information module, click Settings
- In the new tab, click WhatsApp Manager
- In WhatsApp Manager, find your phone number and click Settings
- Click Two-step verification
- In the Two-step verification tab, click Turn off two-step verification. A message with instructions will be sent to your email address
- Your two-step verification code is now removed and depending on your platform, you can set it using one of these APIs:Set up PIN using the On-Premises APISet up PIN using the Cloud API
- Set up PIN using the On-Premises API
- Set up PIN using the Cloud API
